What are the delivery terms?

How is sending realized?

National, peninsula and Balearic shipments are managed through the Impackta transport company and for international shipments, we have the world's No. 1 transport company UPS (www.ups.com) so your shipment is fully insured.

Once the order has been sent, we will inform you by email of the tracking number and the carrier that will make the delivery.

To avoid incidents in the delivery (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home), it is essential that you fill in the contact telephone box.

How much are the delivery costs?

Spain (including Balearic Islands): 6€

Europe - EU countries: 18€

Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands: €45

Europe - Non-EU countries: €45

Australia, USA, Canada and other countries: $50

Martinique, Guadeloupe, Reunion, New Caledonia: €60

What charges and taxes apply?

Spain

The prices shown do not include the relevant taxes. These are shown when the order is completed, applying Spanish VAT (21%).

European Union

No tax will be charged to those customers who correctly enter their EU VAT number (except Spain). The VAT% of the destination country will be applied to those customers who do not have an intra-community VAT number.

Remaining countries

No taxes will be charged. However, you will have to pay the corresponding import duties for your country. This must be paid to UPS upon receipt of the order.
